A Partner introduces a genuine opportunity and must not make false promises, misrepresent products, change official pricing, promise loan approval or property appreciation, or make unauthorized commitments.
A partner may identify a housing society that is considering redevelopment and share the basic opportunity details with V&D Ventures.
A partner may introduce suitable land or property opportunities that may have development or redevelopment potential.
A partner may introduce genuine property owners, housing societies or relevant stakeholders who may wish to explore redevelopment/development opportunities with V&D Ventures.
A partner may introduce relevant builders/developers or strategic industry contacts where appropriate.
A partner may share suitable residential, commercial, development or redevelopment opportunities for consideration.
A Real Estate Partner does not need to act as a broker. The partner's role is primarily to identify genuine opportunities and relevant connections/referrals. V&D Ventures independently evaluates opportunities and decides whether and how to proceed.
Potential eligible and successfully concluded property transactions referred through the Partner Program may qualify for 0.50% + applicable incentives, subject to the applicable Partner Program terms, eligibility, transaction value and payment conditions. This is not guaranteed income.
